Privacy policy

Danville Electrician is a trade name operated by NexTier Digital LLC, an Ohio company. NexTier Digital LLC is a marketing business and is not a contractor; it does not perform electrical work. This policy explains what happens to information you send through this website.

Information we receive

When you fill out a form or send an email, we receive what you choose to provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, property address and a description of the work, along with any photos you attach. Like most websites, the site may also log basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and the referring page.

Why we use it

Your details are used to respond to your service request, to pass that request to an electrical contractor, and to follow up about it. Technical data helps us keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.

Who receives your information

Your request is shared with the residential electrical contractor covering the area where your property sits, so that contractor can contact you, visit and prepare a proposal. We also rely on service providers, such as hosting, form and messaging platforms, that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Request records are kept for as long as they are reasonably needed to handle the request, keep business records and meet legal obligations, and are then deleted or anonymized.

Your requests

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send the request to admin@danvilleelectrician.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one in effect.
